IdlePiracy Wiki
everything a captain needs to know, before the ship even exists
IdlePiracy is a simple idle pirate MMO for the browser. You're not the Pirate King — you're a captain with a leaky ship, a few odd hires, and an unexplored sea. Set a course, close the tab, and your crew keeps working: fishing, salvaging, sailing, crafting, fighting. Come back to a fuller hold and a slightly better plan.
The multiplayer isn't a chat room — it's the market. Ports trade at different prices, charts to undiscovered islands change hands between captains, and specializing beats trying to do everything yourself. Officers are the soft class system that makes trade worth doing.
The game is built API-first: the web client uses the same public API anyone can call, and playing by bot is a supported feature, not a bannable offense — one account per player is the only rule. And there's a rulebook, printed here and never walked back: never pay-to-win.
